Collaborative Financial and Business Analysis of Freshii in the Fast-Casual Restaurant Industry

Part of the Creative Industries program is completing a Business Specialization with Ted Rogers School of Management. This is a sample of a collaborative group business case study I did for my BSM 600, The Mature Business class. I was responsible for co-writing the final report, as well as working on the analysis attached in the appendix. I also acted as a communicator, speaking during our group presentation pitch.

In the Appendix for this case, there are multiple different business analyses attached that showcase the business capabilities of my group and I. It includes Industry identification & rivals, PESTEL analysis, Porter's Five Forces, Key Success Factors, Internal Assessment, Vision, Mission, & Objectives, KPI, SWOT analysis, and a full financial analysis alongside other information as well pertinent to the case.
